A request

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing now to inquire form you about two pionts:

1) Do you do a proofreading or no.?

2) How can I register/ sign up in your forum because whenever I do that I have been facing this message whose link is given down and when I click on the button "OK" there isn't any activation email sent to me?

It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me
