A Relative Pronoun

Some people say the maxmum age of juvenile court jurisdiction should be lowered.

Is this above correct? Can I say:

Some people say we need to lower the maximum age at which offenders are punished in juvenile courts.

Could you give me another example using a relative pronoun?

What is opposite to 'lower'? 'Higher' or 'increase'?

Thanks

There is no relitive pronound in your first example - it was removed, which is the style of choice for most editors, seeing that there is nothing wrong with removing a relitive that doesn't function as the subject of the sentence.. Add 'that' before the 'the' for a relitive pronoun.

Thanks Chrismlangan.

In the second sentence I used which. I want to know the better usage of relative pronoun after 'we need to lower the maxmum age' clause.

I thout at first 'at which'. If I use 'in which', what clause will follow this?
