Could you confirm whether my grammatical judgement on each of the following sentences is right?

1. This is the place where he like most. (wrong)
2. This is the place which he like most. (right)
3. This is the place (that) he like most. (right)

Somehow my response was deleted. I said that the second and third were correct if you wrote 'likes' instead of 'like'. The first is wrong even if you change the verb.
