This comes after Tokyo's special envoy, Toshihiro Nikai, made controversial remarks during a recent visit to Seoul, where in a meeting with several lawmakers on Saturday, he called on the need for scheming individuals to be eradicated.


Is the sentence natural or grammatically correct, especailly this part, 'a recent visit to Seoul, where in a meeting...'
