A question to ask

Hi All,

Some questions i wanna ask.

Revenue fell 22 percent to T$70.7 billion year-on-year but surged 65 percent from quarter to quarter.

(1) quarter to quarter --> compared with current quarter & last quarter like Jan-Mar & Apr-Jun, Right?
(2) year-on-year --> what's that mean here, any example?

Thanks
