Hi there, I wish to know if there is a difference in meaning in the following sentences.
1. I wouldn't be surprised if you would win
2. If you won I wouldn't be surprised
I heard both constructions, however, I am not quite sure if they carry the same meaning. Thanks in advance.
Nature 04 1. I wouldn't be surprised if you won 2. If you won I wouldn't be surprised I have fixed #1; it was wrong grammar.

Nature 041. I wouldn't be surprised if you won 2. If you won I wouldn't be surprised
I have fixed #1; it was wrong grammar. Now you can see that they are synonymous.
Thank you for your prompt response and for letting me know about the first sentence being grammatically incorrect. I am now wondering if it is possible to say something like: as a child I would (used to) pretend to be a soccer player, but later I would realize that being a soccer player was not for me.
I'm not sure if saying "would" twice sounds ok.
