A question from Prison Break, punk

Maggio: All right, guys, pick it up! I want to get home tonight!
Tsili : Maggio.
Maggio : Yeah? So?
Tsili: That's the guy at fingered Abruzzi.
Maggio: That's Fibanacci? I thought the punk was gone forever.
Tsili: Evidently, somebody found him.

In Prison Break, I'm pretty sure that Fibonacci is not the type of punk you are talking about. He is actually an older male. Punk is used here to denigrate him from his previous status as a higher ranking organized crime member.
