A question for marketing jargon experts

0Hello05002br
02br
00I've been asked to translate the agenda of a conference on the topic of Customer Loyalty. 02br
00One of the topics is 02br
02br
00"Using insight to drive customer change" 02br
02br
00Now, I don't get what "customer change" means at all. Is it a change made by a customer or undergone by a customer, or even something else? 02br
02br
00Any info is appreciated051010id111id1

0 Hi Kangiten, 02br
00If I may generalize, business today is in love with phrases like this, which sound profound and important but which are hard to clarify. And Marketing people are particularly notorious, in my opinion, for doing this. 02br
00Perhaps 'customer change' means getting your existing customers to upgrade from your old product to your new one. Who knows? Eve

00In fact, I have sent an e-mail to the guy who will speak at the conference to ask him what it's all about. I'll post the answers here when I get them. 02br
