I‘m going to choose the second. Because I think the name of what is going to be introduced should be put first. we shoud let the readers fisrt know what topic is, that is Meiyuan village , and then details of the topic follows. here is the principle: topic first and then comment, or old (or given)first and new next. Am I right?
