A question about "to buggy / to do the buggy"

Hello everyone,

With reference to the following web page (about a game):
http://blogs.nvidia.com/2012/09/hey-tegra-teach-me-how-to-buggy/

...teach me how to "buggy"
...ready to teach you how to “Buggy.”

...To do the Buggy, put your device out front and tilt it from side to side.
...show your friends how you do the Buggy.
... do the Buggy some more

what does "to buggy" and "to do the buggy" mean in these sentences?

(Maybe something like "to drive the buggy", i.e. to drive that small beach vehicle)?

Thank you very much for any help about the above!
