a Question about Modals

Hi
There is a question about modals that: Which is have same/ more similar meaning?
''As you haven't talked to any of us since you came home, you must have worked very hard today .''

Which is true options ?
A)
B)
C)
D) You hadn't even shared a few words since you came home, which I believe was because of your triedness.
E) Judging by your reluctance to start a conversation since you arrived, I could say that it's been a tiring day for you.

I selected D, because ''Must have v3 '' express a inference, high probability and express that is not other possibilitiy.
And ''I believe '' = a inference

Which is true/more similar of meaning ?

Thanx for answer. I understand. Main cuse is the sentence '' Judging'' and some/not related with Could
Can we say '' if there was not ''judging '' word, we could select(ed) the(D) ?
Otherwaise, do i err ? Is could qualified, Even tough there was/is not ?
And i know that Could express options in the possibilities. I could go the park, i could watch TV, i could liste
