A question about has/have

Dear reader,

I am translating a survey from the Dutch language to the English language.
Everything is going rather well, except for one thing.

Does your organisation has/have a clearly defined.......

I thought it was: has
But I am not sure.

I hope you are able to correct me and if possible some tips on improving my English.

With kind regards,

Koen Jansen

Look at these sentences:
Your/our organization has a clearly...
Emphatically, this would be:
Our organization does have a clearly...
So - when you use 'to do' as the 'dummy' auxiliary in forming the question, the 'dummy' auxiliary begins the sentence:
Does your org

Do, does and did always go with the plain/bare infinitive:

Does your organisation have...
Do your organisations have...
Did your organisation have...

Without do, do
