a question...

Hey, people! I want to ask you something... Okay, let's get started.
Imagine that two brothers are chilling in their room. The elder brother has just eaten his little brother's pizza. So, the little brother asks:

'Where's my pizza?'

The elder one replies:
"Well, your pizza is over. If you want from it, I will have to vomit."

Okay, now my question: If we want to ask someone whether he wants to eat something Emotion: pizza or not, is it correct to say: Do you want from it?

Thank you very much!
