A puzzling question

Tomorrow, I'm going to a meeting (at which / in which) we are going to discuss women's role in society.

The answer to this question is 'at which', but I feel the correct answer is 'in which'. I want to know the difference between a meeting at which and a meeting in which.

Both are used, but more often people say that they discuss things "at" a meeting rather than "in" a meeting. This is more a question of knowing the statistical frequencies of different expressions rather than selecting the only one that is correct. CJ
