A puzzling question

One of the following sentences is WRONG. Which one is it?
a. While watching the film, my friend Ali arrived.
b. Having finished the report, I gave it to my manager.
c. When seeing my teacher, I greeted him respectfully.
d. As I was on my way to school, I saw a terrible accident.

I think all these sentences are correct. My friend says 'c' is wrong. Is it really wrong? Why? Why not?

I call that wrong. That participle is unidiomatic there. If you mean that you habitually greeted your teacher respectfully upon seeing him, it would be "Whenever I saw my teacher, I would greet him respectfully." If you mean that on this one occasion you greeted him respectfully, it would be maybe "
