Which of the following statements is/are correct?
1. It is the the first time for me to travel alone.
2. It is the the first time for me to have travelled alone.
3. It is the the first time I have travelled alone.
I think No. 3 is the only correct sentence. Am I right?
3 is the simplest and most natural, I would say. However, the other two, with the 'for me to' form are also OK. - It is the first time for me to go to the opera.

Hi
No.3 is the simplest and most natural, I would say.
However, the other two, with the 'for me to' form are also OK.
- It is the first time for me to go to the opera.
- It is the first time for me to have cooked a Korean recipe.
Both of those forms are understood as well. Maybe they are more likely to be used in conversation, so you wouldn't use them in a form

The grammar in 1 and 2 is not definitely wrong, but hardly anybody uses that phrasing.
