I'd say all three are OK, but 'a' is probably right (maybe only because it is the simplest) In English, you can express the future tense either with the 'will' form or with the 'going to' form: - This year I will exercise more - This year I am going to exercise more Slightly more doubtful, in idiomatic English, there is the narrative present, in which you can tell a story about the past or future and yet use the present tense.
