Still not understand. If someone told me "watch out or you are going to fall into the hole", isn't considered an emphasizing term?

Right, but I'd accept 'b', too.

will: spontaneous warning
going to: current evidence of a future event

If the speaker sees falling into the hole as imminent, he might say 'going to'.
