A puzzling question

Dairy......... at the grocery store are very good. They are always fresh.
a. predictions b. produce c. products

I think both 'b' & 'c' are correct. Am I right?

eg Dairy products at the grocery store are very good. They are always fresh.
a. predictions b. produce c. products

Or you could alter the sentence and say this.

eg Dairy produce at the grocery store is very good. It is always fresh.
