Are the following sentences correct? The grammar is correct, but these sentences can not stand alone because they are conditional clauses which require subordinate clauses to complete.
When you are using auxiliary in conditional sentence, it is important that you understand the conditionals.
- I should have had my car cleaned before my in-law arrived. ( Your in-law arrived at your house and You didn't clean your car but you wish that you did). This is an unreal conditional.
- He must have had his car cleaned because it looks spotless. (must have had forms an assuming condition. You can use this construction when you make an assumption based on observation. i.e. She must have had rich parents; otherwise, how could she afford this Farrari working at Macy's?
- He ought to have had his car cleaned because the dust is so thick that you can't see the inside.

Yes, they are correct. (The first and last have the same meaning.)

Contrary to what is being said elsewhere on this thread, they are not conditional sentences, and they do not require any additional clauses to make them correct.
