A puzzling question

The year 1908 is pronounced ...........

a) nineteen oh-eight b) nineteen zero eight c) both 'a' and 'b' are OK

I go for 'c'. Am I right?

I have only ever heard 'nineteen-oh-eight' of those two options used. You could, less commonly, hear 'nineteen hundred and eight'.
