Both are correct grammar, but here are a few comments.

1. What did you do wrong for your friends? In what contest would you say this? What is an example of an answer that you would expect? eg I robbed a bank and gave my friends the money?

2. What wrong did you do for your friends? This sounds old fashioned, even biblical. Again, what answer might you expect?
