A puzzling question

I know that 'notice' can be used as a verb. Can I use in the imperative form? Is it correct to say; Notice well!

You can use the imperative form in some contexts. For example:

"Notice how the plant grows upwards towards the light."
"Notice the large paws and long snout."

"Notice well!" does not work, however.
