A puzzling question

Having........., the teacher marked my homework.

a) done b) been done

The model answer is : been done

I think this sentence is wrong. This is what we call a dangling modifier. It is considered dangling because the sentence isn't clear about what is being modified. The sentence should read as follows : After I had done my homework, the teacher marked it. Am I right?
