I will be watching TV. (Change into passive voice)

My answer is : TV will be watched by me.

My friend says, " The answer is : TV will be being watched by me" Which one of us is right?

I hope you realize that no native English speaker would ever ever ever use the passive form of that sentence. Its passive transformation is a utterly useless, meaningless and counterproductive exercise..
