A pun I don't understand

Q: How do you catch a unique rabbit?
A: Unique upon it!

Q: And how do you catch a tame rabbit?
A: The tame way!

I understand the 2nd part (tame/same); but what about "unique"? You neek/neak? They both don't exist. Who can help?

Thanks in advance.

You SNEAK up on it. To sneak up on something means to approach it very quietly. Puns are hard for non-native speakers.
