A propsal for school essay

Please give my some advice
The topic of this essay is to writing a proposal to my principal and suggest three ways to recycle, reuse and reduce the use of paper.

Introduction
The rapid development of both economy and industry fields sparks off a great demand of paper. Paper is made from tree and tree is essential to reducing the content of carbon dioxide by carrying out photosynthesis. However, thanks for the reduction of tree, carbon dioxide and other toxin gases are in high content. So, being the next generation of the world, we have the obligation of protecting the environment and it is high time our school took the initiative to indoctrinate the students with the importance and methods to save the paper.
Following is some suggestions about this issue.
1. Seed cultivation
It is a competition held among the classes. The classes could have to grow a plant out of the seed given, but no chemical fertilizer could be used. The best plant would win the competition.
The competition will be held right behind the examination lest the students might be distracted from study. We would invite our respectable principle to be our judge.
As everyone knows, paper is from tree. Through this activity, students could understand the difficulties of the plant grow. Therefore, they would cherish the paper.
2. Replacement of paper textbook
With the breakthrough of information technology, the world is being revolutionized. Now, using the computer is being the tendency. So, the school should also cater for this tendency. Using computer for teaching and learning is the first step. It could reduce a great amount of paper. For example, some lesson is not extremely vital to have a book such as music, art and so on. School might project the teaching materials on the screen with the aid of technology instead of a paper textbook. It is the work that school can be done for saving paper.
3. Placement of more recycling bin
In fact, each student understands the importance of this issue and most of them are willing to it if there is no trouble. However, in our school, we only have one recycling bin for paper on the ground floor. So, it is a torture or nuisance to students for carrying the book from up floor to ground floor.
It is better to place one or more recycling bin on each floor. So, students can be easy to disposal the used paper in the recycling bin
Conclusion
Admittedly, what we have done might be very negligible to this field, but we at least will not exacerbate the precise environment in large extent, besides, we can spread out this idea to other. By that time, global attention on this environment issue can be aroused. At that time, not only can paper be saved, but also other natural resource. On the contrary, if we still consult the natural resource without consequence. Our earth will definitely have a lamentable future and finally be ended.
