Vocabulary

A proper word.

Hi,

Background:

I ran so hard for more than 1 hour last night. And now I feel pain in my both calvs and thighs.

I just feel pain a little bit and if I get myself comfortable, I don't have any pain after all.

I want to know how this status is called. Usually this status lasts for 2 or 3days and goes away.

Thanks.

I would say that your legs are aching . It's a continuous pain, but dull. Exercise usually makes me ache if I haven't been to the gym for awhile.

Hi,

A very common expression used by runners is 'My legs are stiff'.
