A problem of spoken English

When we want to express a group of people
Does it simply say "you" ,like
you have to do it right now ( it could be mean more than one people ? )
Or we normally use "you guys " or "you two", so and so.

In a discussion (more than two people)
Is it proper to say:
do you have any questions?
Or
Do you guys have any questions?

one more question:
are we used to asking something without 'do' or 'does' in spoken english?

Thanks

'You guys' is very casual. I don't recommend it. You can simply use 'you' (the singular and plural second person personal pronoun).
