A practise letter about looking for a distrbution company

I am the head of CUSTOMER SERVIC Department in DC, responsilbe for our distribution service to our customers apart from customer satisfaction. DC is a well-known network service company in IT industry and providing network products such as network products, Servers, cables. As a big company, our customer is all over china.

Here I was writting to you as we are considering looking for a reliable company to deliver our products.

First of all, we need a partner of transport company which has the ability to trans port our products to every capital city of each province and most other cities in china within two days.

Sencondly, as our products are expensive and important for our customers, it can't be damaged during transport process.

Last, because the big quality of products which need to be delivered every day and some devices are big and heavy, it requires a company that has the capacity to carry and load it.

In the near future we hope our transport of products can reach every city in china and the delay rate have to be below 1%.

If you are interested in it and look forward to having a stable and long term cooperation, we kindly request you to send us some references of companies you have been working with for several years and the price list for delivery.
