A PPT or a PPT presentation

Hi. I think PPT is an abbreviation for Microsoft PowerPoint. Could it also be an abbreviation for a Microsoft PowerPoint Slide or a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation, making it a countable noun? Which is correct? Thank you in advance for your help.

1. He made a PPT.

2. He made a PPT presentation.
