"Power Plaza" started out 23 years ago as a power electronics parts manufacturer. We began developing parts for electric vehicles about 10 years ago and eventually began to develop electric cars ourselves.

To me, natural English is Power Plaza started out 23 years ago as an electronic parts manufacturer. I don't know what the word ' power' means here, and it seems unnecessary.

parts is correct and fine - unless it really actually is part, not parts. (which I think is unlikely)
