Needelp with the ESL writing exercise: I want to say thank you for interviewing me on the 26th of July. I hope that my interview was satisfying enough to get the position in your department. I am careful and motivated and I'm sure I'm the right person for this assignment. I am very able to work in a company where the most important thing is comunicating with people.
I look forward to your decision.

Your ESL writing exercise looks fine, except for in the third line it might be better if it read ''I am very capable of working'' instead of very able to work.

I am careful/responsible and motivated/self-motivated. I'm sure I'm the right person for this assignment/the position. I am very able to work/capable of working in a company where the most important thing is communicating with people/communication skill is highly desirable. I look forward to your decision/hearing from you.

I made some changes to the highlighted areas, would you also let me know if they are necessarily better. I'm sure it still need some improvement.

Hi again Chaichen,

It does look better, except for in the second sentence it should read and that it will render a favorable decision instead of just and render a favorable position. The that it will helps to specify that you are talking about the interview.
I think the second to last sentence might be best if it read: " I am very capable of working in a company where the ability to communicate well is the most important skill.'' The word desirable gives the impression that the skill would be nice to have but something one can do without, whereas if you write important it sounds better. Also, in the second sentence, you can leave out the most in most satisfactory. Satisfactory is a suffficient word and if you add most it doesn't sound so smooth.
