Long long ago, a poor woodcutter named John was jungle tracking in the jungle.

(i) Once upon a time, a poor woodcutter named John who was a kind man.

(ii) Once upon a time, a poor woodcutter,John, who was a kind man.

(iii) Once upon a time, there was a poor woodcutter named John who was a kind man.

(iv) Once upon a time, there had a poor woodcutter named John who was

(ii) Once upon a time, a poor woodcutter,John, who was a kind man.

(iii) Once upon a time, there was a poor woodcutter named John, who was a kind man.

(iv) Once upon a time, there had a poor woodcutter named John who was a kind man.
