A plum/plums

Hello teachers,

I'm here again!

Is this fine?

My son eats a plum or it should always be "my son eats plums."

Thanks a lot...

How about if I say...

My son eats a plum everyday.

You need "every day", not everyday. Otherwise, it's ok grammatically.

"My son eats one plum every day" would be better in my opinion.
