A plan

Which are correct:

1-He has a plan for us to win the game.
2-He has a plan so that we should win the game.
3-He has a plan that we should win the game.
4-He has a plan to make us win the game.

They are all supposed to mean the same. The plan has been devised to make us win if we follow it.
