A piece of tissue, or a tissue?

Hi,I know paper is uncountable, so I should say "a piece of paper"...But how about the "tissue"? ...Should I say 'a' facial tissue or 'a piece of' tissue?...A paper napkin or a piece of paper napkin?...A baby wipe or a piece of baby wipe? ...Thanks.

These articles are all countable. Give me a tissue to wipe my face. If you don't have that, a napkin or a baby wipe will do.
