A piece of pizza ! help me!

Dear Teacher.

which is correct?

Q1:I ate a piece of pizza.

Q2:I ate a piece of a pizza

Q3:I ate a piece of the pizza you bought to me?

if Q1 and Q2 are correct. any difference between of pizza and of a pizza.
