Question

Do not take a picture of me sleeping on the bed.

Is the sentence okay to use like ‘Do you mind me sleeping on the bed?’?

And does the ‘me’ in the first sentence function the same as the second ‘me’ as a semantic subject?

I'd say no, just from the paraphrases that come to mind when I read them.

1) Do not take a picture of me while I am sleeping on the bed.
2) Do you mind if I sleep on the bed?

More abstractly:

1) Do not take a picture of me || (while) [me sleeping on the bed].
2) Do you mind || [that me sleeping on the bed]?

The component "I/me" occurs twice in 1), but only once in 2), and the logical relationships are different, as you can see from the paraphrases.
