a phrase for a diagram

Hi, I need to describe a graph. There are several tilted diagonal lines on the graph. For example, the x-axis is in centimeters (partitions). How can I say this: the tilted diagonal line starts from the partition 45/60.

I can't think of a correct phrase in English. Perhaps originates from the partition?

Perhaps The lines start from the point or with starting points of the diagonal lines at 0/3 (x, y axes)?
