I need some help to fully understand the following part exactly.
"In addition to other remedies provided herein, any violation of this ordinance may be punishable by penalty to the maximum allowed by Gallatin City Charter. Each day shall constitute a separate violation hereof."
And what does "City" mean here? Is that "municipal"?
