A person+their

Hello.
I have a question about 'they'/'their', etc.
I know we use them/they/their with 'somebody/anybody/nobody', etc., e.g.
  1. Somebody has lost their keys!
  2. No one has done their homework!
  3. Nobody has asked about me, has they?
Can we use 'they'/'their' in such examples:
  1. A person who has lost their (/his or her) property may suffer from depression.
  2. A passenger who will lose their receipt will have to buy another ticket.
  3. One can never be sure of one's/their future.
Thank you for your help!
Kind regards.
