Which sentence is correct?

that have no nutrient value but make the food more attractive or give pleasure is called a heavy clause. (It's long. It has a lot of words. So it's "heavy".)

We don't usually put a heavy clause in its normal position when we have only a few words left in the sentence to complete the thought
