A perplexing sentence

To sum up what I want to say, this is all I can write about this topic.

Is the sentence mentioned above grammatically correct? Is it a good sentence that I can use to end a paragraph?

Top answer

The sentence is grammatically correct, but it doesn't sum up at all. It isn't a conclusion. As a teacher, I would reject the sentence unless all you wrote about was not being able to write about the topic, which I doubt is the case.
