A perplexing question

Is it correct to end my essay with the following sentence "To sum up what I want to say, this is the least I can say about this topic." ? In fact, I am not comfortable about this sentence. I wish you would answer my question.

No, that's all terrible. Just say what you want to say about the topic.

The problem with your sentence is that it says absolutely nothing. It is as vacuous as empty space.

Just write a sentence that gives the reader your conclusion about the topic of discussion, whatever that is.
