A perfect body or The perfect body?

I recently told my girlfriend "You have a perfect body!". She actually got mad at this and says that I should have worded it "You have the perfect body!". I don't believe that is proper grammar but am having a hard time finding any proof of this. Apart from the fact that it is silly to get upset over grammar in a compliment like that, is she right? Is THE better than A in this or is one completely wrong?
