A pause, but a comma

All edits done inside with my pen, went into the final version.

Is that comma right there for that pause?

Thanks.

Oh, it's referring to edits done inside a book with a pen. So what do you think? Should the comma stay or go?

1) Commas and pauses are not necessarily related.
2) Everything that comes before the comma is the sentence's subject, and everything that follows the comma is the predicate. So the two should not be separated by a comma, And when I just read the sentence, I know the comma shouldn't be there.
3) Aside from the comma issue, that sentence is very odd and unnatura
