Is everything correct in this passage?

On a cold Autumn evening, a car appeared in the middle of the street. Then it stopped suddenly. A hand threw a bag out of the car right on the pavement.

It' s OK.

We usually don't capitalize the seasons in such a contex

Are there other words like seasons that are sometimes capitalized? For example months of the year, or days of the week?

No. Those use capitals.

But some examples are -
north, south, etc.

sun, earth

words that are used as titles, eg doctor, professor.
