Grammar

A parenthesis, to-infinitive

The subtitles are very poorly done, with many scenes having them white on white, instead of the much easier to read yellow.

I think "much easier" modifies "yellow"; then, is "to read" used adverbially a parenthesis?
Thank you in advance for your help.
