A paraphrase of a sentence.

Hello. I'd like to ask if these paraphrases mean exactly the same as the original sentence and if they are grammaticaly correct.

The original sentence is as follows: My biggest headache is the accomodation for next week.
Paraphrases:
1. Where I stay next week is my biggest headache.
2. Where I will stay next week is my biggest headache.
3. Where I would be staying is my biggest headache.
4. Where I could stay is my biggest headache.
Also I'd like to ask you which one would you prefer the most?
